Political Asylum Lawyers in the United States is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fully remote LATAM-based role. You will triage the CEO's inbox, manage calendars, coordinate travel, and handle a mix of business and personal logistics while using AI tools and Notion to streamline processes.

You should be fluent in English and Spanish, organized under pressure, and able to draft clear communications.

Qualifications

• Proven EA experience or strong related experience with tech-savviness.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's inbox and calendar; triage and draft responses.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and conference logistics.
• Prepare and review communications for external partners and vendors.
• Manage tasks, deadlines, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support with tasks across business and personal logistics as needed.
