Responsibilities

• Answer HR questions via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone.
• Research information and help keep our Knowledge Database up to date by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Resolve low-to-medium complexity issues with growing independence.
• Learn and use HR systems, content management, automation tools, AI features, and more.
• Suggest improvements that help simplify and enhance the employee experience.
