Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead the Field Service Team across our pumps and equipment portfolio. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction in energy, water, and chemical sectors.

The role requires a BS/BA in a relevant field with 5-7 years of mechanical field service experience, plus supervisory capabilities. Travel up to 50% is expected, including nights away from home.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical field service.
• Experience with pumps and rotating equipment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight stays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Service Team and develop training plans for technicians.
• Recruit and retain a diverse workforce; establish succession plans for key roles.
• Promote a strong SHEA culture; ensure safe, hazard-free work environments.
• Supervise Field Service Technicians; review and sign Field Service Reports.
• Coordinate with Sales/Commercial Operations on opportunities and resource planning.
• Ensure adherence to Field Service procedures, forms, and systems.
• Support tool calibration programs and capital planning for tools.
• Meet with Sales to showcase capabilities and upgrade opportunities.
• Drive efficient job close-out, invoicing, and receivables with leadership oversight.
• Prepare financial and utilization forecasts with the Field Service Coordinator.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
