Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of a critical data migration program for a global automotive client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. English fluency and UTC timezone availability are required.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading data migration programs at scale.
• Strong knowledge of extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple workstreams.
• S/4HANA or similar ERP migration experience preferred.

Join the team supporting one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, working within a global consulting firm to lead the planning and execution of a critical data migration program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition to the target system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
