Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks a Banqueting Shift Leader to oversee all banquet and events activities, from room setup to service delivery, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff across F&B areas, and promote hotel offerings while maintaining brand standards and cost awareness. English proficiency and afternoon/evening availability are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Availability to work afternoon/evening shift.
• Experience with MS Office, TMS, and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily banquet/Events operations and ensure brand standards.
• Organise and allocate restaurant staff activities, tasks and shifts.
• Supervise F&B team performance across all areas.
• Ensure staff are aware of and promote hotel products and services.
• Ensure information from internal commercial department is implemented by F&B team.
• Oversee setup of rooms for events and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain frequent contact with guests and tailor service to preferences.
• Monitor up-selling and cross-selling within the F&B team.
• Contribute to cost control across responsibilities and ensure health and safety compliance.
