Job summary

BYD Argentina is seeking a training specialist to transform complex product knowledge into clear, engaging experiences for our dealer network. You will design and deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions for sales, service, and management teams.

You will develop digital content, localize materials for the Argentine market, and travel nationwide to support dealers. Advanced English is required to collaborate with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional training in instructional design, adult learning, audiovisual production, digital content creation, or e-learning will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid training for dealer staff—including sales, service, and management teams—on product knowledge, sales skills, customer service, and brand confidence.
• Develop, record, edit, and publish engaging digital training content, including instructional videos, e-learning courses, tutorials, presentations, and other multimedia resources.
• Conduct on-site training visits to dealers across Argentina and localize training materials, such as handbooks and presentations, according to local market and cultural needs.
• Identify training gaps through collaboration with dealers and sales teams, measure training effectiveness using KPIs, and submit reports to the Argentina Training Coordinator.
• Build strong partnerships with dealer management, provide post-training support, and represent the dealer network’s training needs.
