Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while also handling manual testing. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, fix flaky tests, and ensure reliable test data and environments across Electron and React Native apps, on real devices.

Ideal candidates have AI QA experience and are comfortable working remotely with global teams to push innovations in fintech testing.

Formación

4+ years in QA automation with manual and exploratory testing experience.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
