High Scale is seeking a Junior Video Editor to support fast‑paced post‑production for performance-minded campaigns. You’ll assemble rough cuts, organize assets, and assist in social‑media edits while learning from Senior Editors to sharpen timing and storytelling.

You’ll use Premiere Pro and light After Effects, contribute to multi‑format versioning, and align with trends on TikTok and Instagram within a globally distributed team. This is a growth‑driven, remote role.

Formación

• 1-3 years of video editing experience (freelance or agency).
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling for social ads.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro; basic After Effects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble rough cuts and organize raw footage for high-volume campaigns.
• Edit for social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with strong pacing, music syncing, and transitions.
• Adapt edits for multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 16:9) and create variations for A/B tests.
• Maintain clean project files and perform basic QC before delivery.
• Learn from Art Directors and Senior Editors and stay current with trends.
