Outpost is seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to own the Argentine entity, ensuring compliance, financial health, and operational excellence. This role spans accounting, tax compliance, day-to-day operations, and the local commercial side of the business in Argentina, collaborating with global teams and external advisors.

Based in Buenos Aires (on-site), you will supervise ARCA invoicing, VAT filings, inflation accounting, banking, and regulatory relations, while shaping how Outpost sells,

Formación

• 5+ years in accounting and tax compliance in Argentina, fintech/payments or financial services preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Argentina tax regime including VAT, IIBB and inflation accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Argentina's electronic invoicing (ARCA) system.

Responsabilidades

• Own local statutory accounting, bookkeeping, month-end, and inflation-adjusted filings.
• Manage ARCA invoicing, VAT returns, and IIBB filings under Convenio Multilateral; liaise with local advisors and auditors.
• Monitor ARCA and BCRA regulatory updates and flag implications for Outpost and merchants.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany compliance with the global finance team.
• Oversee merchant onboarding for Argentine transactions; manage local customer relationships and banking.
