Reboot Monkey is seeking a Data Center Technician (DCT) Recruitment Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region, covering India, Southeast Asia, East Asia, and Oceania. You will build and maintain a world-class pool of Data Center Technicians capable of Smart Hands and Remote Hands to our global standards.

You are not a generic recruiter; you deeply understand what makes a great datacenter technician and can assess hands-on skills beyond resume keywords.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (formal or informal — managing a DCT pool counts)
• Ability to conduct technical interviews and assess hands-on datacenter skills
• Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross‑connects, PDUs
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Organized and detail-oriented — managing a regional DCT database requires precision
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, or ATS tools to track candidates

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region
• Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands‑on DC skills, not just resume keywords
• Build and maintain a vetted DCT pool organized by location, skill level, availability, and reliability score
• Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history
• Create and maintain DCT skill assessments and practical evaluation criteria
• Coordinate onboarding of new DCTs: facility access, safety protocols, SOP training
• Track DCT performance after deployment — build a feedback loop with the operations team
• Continuously expand our DCT coverage to new markets and facilities in your region
• Manage relationships with DCT staffing agencies where we use them
• Maintain our DCT database with up-to-date availability, skills, and performance ratings
