Abbott in Argentina is seeking an AS&T Manager to lead Analytical Science & Technology across LATAM, based at the Florencio Varela manufacturing plant. You will guide analytical lifecycle management, technology transfers, and regulatory support, coordinating regional teams to ensure GMP-compliant operations and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related sciences required; MSc/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with at least 5 years in AS&T, MS&T, Quality, or analytical support functions.
• Experience leading regional/global analytical teams and technology transfers.
• Strong expertise in analytical methods, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management.
• Fluent English and Spanish; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites; serve as regional SME for analytical sciences.
• Lead and support analytical activities across product lifecycle including technology transfers and NPI.
• Drive analytical compliance initiatives and remediation projects to ensure GMP readiness.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process, method, and laboratory optimization.
• Lead and develop a diverse regional team; manage performance and succession planning.
