• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline is required.
• An advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in AS&T, MS&T, Quality, or related technical support.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites; be regional SME.
• Lead regional and local MS&T teams, oversee lifecycle management, technology transfers, and compliance initiatives.
• Drive harmonization of analytical practices and ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process and method optimization and lead cross-functional projects.
• Lead and develop a diverse regional team, with performance management and succession planning.
