Abbott LATAM is seeking a Technical Leader for Analytical Science & Technology to lead and harmonize analytical practices across Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and other LATAM sites. Based in Florencio Varela, Argentina, you will guide regional and local teams, drive technology transfers, and ensure GMP compliance throughout product lifecycles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline is required.
• An advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in Analytical Science & Technology (AS&T) or MS&T.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites.
• Lead regional SME efforts and harmonize analytical practices across sites.
• Oversee product lifecycle support, including technology transfers and regulatory support.
• Lead analytical compliance initiatives and drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Manage the regional AS&T organization and local Argentina MS&T team, including succession planning.
