Abbott LATAM is seeking an AS&T Manager based in Argentina to lead analytical science across LATAM sites, including technology transfers, regulatory support, and lifecycle management. You will ensure harmonized analytical practices and drive compliance with GMP standards while guiding a multinational team.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, a strong background in AS&T/MS&T, and a proven track record in cross-functional project leadership and regulatory interactions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field; MSc/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in AS&T, MS&T, QA, or related function.
• Experience supporting lifecycle products, including transfers, regulatory submissions, process improvements, and post-approval changes.
• Strong technical expertise in analytical methods, validation, transfer, and lifecycle management; nitrosamine risk knowledge is desirable.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional regional or global teams and experience in complex investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regional scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM manufacturing sites.
• Lead and manage the Argentina and LATAM AS&T teams, ensuring harmonized practices.
• Oversee technology transfers, NPI, and implementation of analytical methods across sites.
• Drive compliance initiatives and remediation projects to sustain GMP readiness.
• Identify opportunities for process and laboratory optimization.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and a high-performance culture across LATAM.
