Abbott in Argentina is seeking an AS&T Manager to provide regional scientific leadership for Analytical Science & Technology across LATAM manufacturing sites. You will oversee product lifecycle support, tech transfers, compliance remediation, and continuous improvement to ensure supply continuity.

Based in the Florencio Varela manufacturing plant, you will lead both the regional AS&T team and the local Argentina MS&T group, guiding talent development, performance, and cross-functional

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• An advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in Analytical Science & Technology or related function.
• Strong expertise in analytical methodologies, method validation and transfer, lab investigations, impurity profiling, stability programs, and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading technical projects including technology transfers, compliance remediation, optimization programs, and cross-functional activities.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific and technical leadership for analytical activities across LATAM sites.
• Support Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain priorities.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of analytical practices.
• Provide analytical support throughout product lifecycle; ensure continuity of supply and regulatory compliance.
• Lead technology transfers, verification, validation, and implementation of analytical methods.
• Lead compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
