Job summary

CHEP Brambles in Buenos Aires is seeking an Analyst, Customer Service to join our Hybrid Remote team in Vicente Lopez. You will engage with clients, qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and support the sales process to grow revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with finance, logistics, and marketing, you will manage CRM activities, track KPIs, and help optimize the customer experience to drive value for our partners.

Qualifications

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in assigned market sectors.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, conducting regular reviews to identify additional business opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and the successful execution of sales strategies.
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems, ensuring a continuously filled and actively managed sales funnel.
• Deliver on KPIs, including revenue targets, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic sales planning and identify new business opportunities.
