Darwin AI is seeking a Support Executive to join our Operations team, blending technical problem-solving with strategic client engagement. You will help customers realize the value of Darwin AI from day one.

You will build and customize AI assistants, diagnose issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve our SaaS offerings while maintaining proactive, multi-channel communication with clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related fields.
• 1-3 years in technical support, onboarding, or implementation engineering.
• Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk) and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to debug issues.
• Familiarity with scripting (Python/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Build, configure, and customize AI assistants using internal tools.
• First line for technical issues, reproduce bugs, escalate to engineering.
• Troubleshoot API integrations, authentication, data connectivity.
• Collaborate with Product to identify pain points and propose enhancements.
• Contribute to knowledge base with playbooks, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients across email, WhatsApp, Slack.
