Darwin AI is seeking a highly motivated AI Special Forces Specialist to be the first line of defense for clients integrating our AI agents. You will resolve questions, troubleshoot technical problems, and coordinate with CS, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering to ensure fast, thorough fixes.

The role rewards problem solving, organization, and a passion for technology. You will document activity, monitor alerts, and help maintain strong client relationships while delivering a seamless Darwin AI

Formación

• Experience in customer support or helpdesk in SaaS or tech.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and issue resolution efficiency.
• Familiarity with AI behavior, JSON, and state machines (training provided).
• Experience with AI configuration, WhatsApp, APIs and third-party integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and Slack.
• Troubleshoot AI behavior, configurations, and API integrations.
• Monitor alerts from internal tools and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Document support activity with logs of issues and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to internal docs and FAQs.
• Assist Customer Success and Onboarding for a smooth experience.
• Audit AI conversations to detect bugs or improvements.
• Ensure issues are resolved within the SLA.
