Job summary

SAP Buenos Aires is seeking a Product Owner for Agentic AI initiatives within People & Organization Growth. You will bridge HR business processes with CPIT AI delivery, coordinating across teams to align AI roadmaps and governance. The role focuses on Skills topics and enterprise HR workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership, strong AI/HR systems knowledge, and proven experience in pilots, governance and change management. Hybrid work model in Argentina is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner delivering digital/AI products, preferably in HR or enterprise apps.
• Experience with HR systems and HR data workflows, including governance and ethics.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional workshops and align stakeholders on AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with HR stakeholders to define problems, personas and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into user stories, specs and acceptance tests for engineering.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and tech dependencies.
• Coordinate across HR, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors teams.
• Define and track KPIs and iterate based on telemetry and feedback.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and ethical guardrails for AI systems.
• Lead change management, adoption activities and stakeholder communications.
