Job summary

Evox in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a CFA Agentic AI Product Manager for People Solutions within People & Organization Growth. You will bridge HR processes with CPIT AI incubation, aligning AI roadmaps with HR business needs and driving adoption across the organization.

You will run discovery with HR stakeholders, translate requirements into stories for engineering, and define governance, privacy and change management for AI-enabled HR workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business consulting experience
• 3+ years' experience in product management or product ownership; exposure to AI/ML
• Certifications with SuccessFactors modules: Performance & Goals, Learning, Career Talent Development, Succession, or Talent Intelligence Hub
• Track record of implementing AI-assisted or automation solutions and fostering user adoption

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with People & Culture stakeholders to define problems, personas and success metrics.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specs for engineering and ML teams.
• Prioritize work balancing business value, risk, compliance and dependencies.
• Coordinate across HR, CPIT AI Incubation and SuccessFactors product teams to align AI roadmaps.
• Define and track KPIs, monitor telemetry and iterate on product status, risks and roadmap.
• Governance: implement data privacy, role-based access, and human-in-the-loop policies.
• Lead adoption, training and change management activities with HR change teams.
• Present outcomes and ROI to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
