• Own product for Agentic AI in People & Org Growth.
• Run discovery with stakeholders; define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into specs for engineers and ML teams.
• Prioritize work balancing value, risk, compliance and dependencies.
• Define KPIs and monitor outcomes; iterate based on telemetry.
