Job summary

AgileEngine Rosario, Argentina is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to architect the knowledge graph and grounding layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will drive design, governance, and retrieval quality across multiple integrations, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.

You will partner with SMEs to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG, translating platform strategy into production-ready capabilities while improving answer quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead responsibilities.
• Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise-context architecture.
• Proven track record building production AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Ability differentiate wrong retrieval from right retrieval and prioritize fixes by impact.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions with scalable governance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph and context grounding for search and agent responses.
• Review outputs to identify context gaps, prioritize fixes, and maintain backlogs.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to ensure systemic fixes rather than patching repeatedly.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP and RAG.
• Decide if needs are best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and implement pilots into production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and adherence to standards across implementations.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permission controls.
• Develop discovery tooling and QA sets for new AI use cases across teams.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context using tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack and Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Implement data-retention and sensitive-data handling controls with security and privacy teams.
• Identify elevated access needs early and route to security review.
• Maintain runbooks, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
