AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to architect and maintain the knowledge graph grounding enterprise AI systems. You will design, test, and operate AI agents, skills, and workflows across MCP, RAG, and integration with Slack, Google Workspace, and other tools.

You will evaluate retrieval quality, drive architectural fixes, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure scalable and secure implementations aligned with standards.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned an end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context architecture.
• Produced production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to catch missing/wrong context and backlog fixes by business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and plans; turn pilots into production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new AI use cases.
• Enable functional groups to curate their own context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management and change-control practices; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Implement security controls for access and data handling with security/compliance teams.
• Flag elevated connectors early and route to security for review.
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous platform reliability and cost efficiency.
