AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design, curate, and scale the knowledge graph and context layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will work across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants to grounding search and agent responses and improve accuracy.

You will partner with subject-matter experts, set governance, and build reusable patterns to enable teams to manage their own context while ensuring security, scalability, and production readiness.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on leadership as a Tech Lead.
• Has designed and/or owned a knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end to end.
• Experience building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Can distinguish wrong vs right retrieval and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems-administration background including identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive unsupervised initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder-communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph with ongoing accuracy and efficiency goals.
• Review agent outputs to identify context gaps and translate findings into a prioritized backlog.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs, integrations, and plans; turn pilots into production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Create discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new use cases independently.
• Enable functional groups to curate their own context with tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Implement data access controls in partnership with security and privacy teams.
• Flag elevated connectors early and route to security for review.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
