AgileEngine seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to architect and evolve the context and knowledge graph powering our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design schemas, curate data, and drive grounding for retrieval-augmented patterns across integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and more.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with leadership experience.
• Designed or owned enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end.
• Built production AI agents, skills, or integrations (MCP, function calling, RAG).
• Able to identify wrong vs missing context and prioritize fixes.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration: IAM, monitoring, incident response.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the context and knowledge graph for grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to identify context gaps and drive backlog fixes.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide when a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs and production-ready capabilities; evaluate platform capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with source permissions.
• Create discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new use cases.
• Enable groups to curate their context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation for agent output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Coordinate security reviews for elevated connectors and data handling.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
