AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and own the knowledge graph and grounding that underpins an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will integrate agents with MCP, function calling, RAG, and OSS tools, while driving governance, evaluation, and scalable patterns across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

Formación

• > 6+ years of experience in development and proven tech leadership.
• > Designed or owned end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• > Built production AI agents/skills/integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• > Able to distinguish wrong retrieval from missing context and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• > Hands-on admin/engineering experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• > Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• > Excellent troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph for accurate search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and backlog fixes to close context gaps with business impact.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide if a need should be solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with preserved permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for autonomous exploration of new use cases.
• Enable teams to curate context with tooling and guidance, not one-size-fits-all mandates.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for AI outputs and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants.
• Apply access management, monitoring, and change-control best practices.
