Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph that grounds enterprise AI search and agent responses.

You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows, and ensure scalable, secure integration with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants. The role emphasizes evaluation, governance, and reusable patterns, with emphasis on aligning platform capabilities to business outcomes and ensuring

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on leadership
• Designed and owned a knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end
• Built production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search
• Able to distinguish wrong vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT)
• Strong IAM, monitoring, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to turn what to ask before starting into a reusable checklist

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the knowledge graph and context grounding for search and agent responses
• Review agent outputs and close context gaps based on user intent
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally
• Partner with experts to design and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
• Decide whether a need is met by skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready plans
• Ensure scalability, security, and governance across implementations
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for future AI use cases
• Enable functional groups to curate their own context via tooling and guidance
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality, reliability, and safety
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants
• Apply IAM, monitoring, and change-control best practices; support security reviews
• Implement data retention and sensitive-data handling controls in partnership with security
• Flag elevated connectors early and route to security for review
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and vendor coordination
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability and cost efficiency
