Finch is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day partner success across the higher education and nonprofit sectors. This remote role focuses on keeping campaigns on track, deliverables on time, and performance moving in the right direction.

You'll work with an Account Director on larger accounts while independently managing partners as their primary contact. If you are organized, proactive, and excel at coordinating cross‑functional work, you'll thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, and ad structure.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with a project you built.
• Near-native English for calls and updates.
• Experience running several client accounts across locations.
• Strong brand and copy judgment you can explain.
• Comfort working with minimal oversight.

Responsabilités

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear, proactive, and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins with agendas, alignment notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and keep detailed records on scope, deliverables, and status.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team, pull reports, and surface insights that drive smarter decisions.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned so execution stays smooth and predictable.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, and enrollments.
• Spot retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities early and support proposals alongside the Account Director.
• Jump into onboarding and new business support when needed to help partnerships start strong.
• Assist with account financial health by supporting reporting accuracy and following up on invoicing as requested.
