Humand is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day partner success for universities and nonprofits. This remote role centers on keeping campaigns on track and driving performance, with collaboration alongside an Account Director on larger accounts.

You’ll be the primary partner contact, orchestrating timelines, deliverables, and status while translating needs into action. Strong organization and English fluency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management (marketing/agency preferred).
• Excellent communication — clear, friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, keeping communication clear and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins for owned accounts with strong agendas and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and track scope/deliverables.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights for smarter decisions.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing and enrollments.
• Support onboarding and new business when needed to start partnerships strongly.
• Assist with account financial health by supporting reporting accuracy and invoicing.
