Network Solutions is seeking a Lead AI Back-End Engineer to architect and orchestrate scalable back-end systems. You will drive high-throughput APIs, lead cross-functional teams, and implement end-to-end pipelines integrating diverse LLM providers and vector databases.

You will mentor engineers, shape CI/CD practices, and collaborate with Product and Security to align roadmaps with business goals. Strong leadership and hands-on backend expertise required.

Formación

• 7+ years building and scaling production backend systems
• Experience in leading teams (tech lead or higher)
• Expert in REST API design with Python FastAPI or .NET APIs
• Hands-on leadership with agent/LLM frameworks (Semantic Kernel or similar)
• Delivered production RAG pipelines with vector/hybrid search
• Deep PostgreSQL expertise with SQLModel/SQLAlchemy/Alembic
• Experience with multiple frontier model providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok)
• Familiar with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo, Pipelines)

Responsabilidades

• Set the technical architecture for our agent-powered platform
• Drive API architecture for high-throughput services
• Lead multi-agent orchestration across various models and tools
• Guide Retrieval Augmented Generation on Azure/pgvector/Chroma
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines including testing and deployment
• Mentor engineers and adopt AI coding agents as force multipliers
• Champion observability and FinOps for LLM workloads
• Collaborate with Product and Security on tech roadmap
