Huenei is seeking an AI Operations & Internal Tooling Manager to lead the adoption of AI across the organization. You will drive strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered internal tools, helping teams automate workflows and scale operations through Generative AI and intelligent automation.

In this role, you will own the internal AI tooling roadmap, partner with teams to identify opportunities, and design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, AI Operations, Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered solutions in production.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Cohere.
• Strong programming skills in Python (JavaScript/TypeScript a plus).
• Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent tools.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the internal AI tooling roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design, build, deploy AI-powered internal tools, assistants, and workflow automations.
• Integrate LLMs and AI platforms into existing business applications and internal systems.
• Develop automations using APIs, Python, and low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Create and maintaining reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, and automation playbooks.
• Monitoring AI solutions to optimize performance, adoption, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Establish governance, security, and usage best practices for AI tools across the organization.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and responsible AI adoption.
• Delivering training and enabling teams to effectively leverage AI capabilities in their daily work.
