Vertu Agent is seeking a proactive operations partner to act as a trusted right hand to the founder. You will translate ideas into actionable plans, harness AI tools for research, planning, and workflow optimization, and support multiple ventures with adaptable problem-solving skills.

You will work across three business initiatives, coordinating tasks, automating processes, and maintaining clear documentation. Strong English communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Formación

• Experience in Executive Assistance, Operations or related roles.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs or senior executives.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and ability to demonstrate impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level executive and operational support to the founder across multiple projects.
• Turn broad ideas into clear action plans and next steps.
• Use AI tools extensively for research, planning, and workflow optimization.
• Research unfamiliar topics independently and identify practical solutions.
• Manage multiple projects with priorities and deadlines.
• Support new business initiatives, digital projects, and campaigns.
• Coordinate operational, administrative, and financial tasks as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate or improve workflows.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of decisions and deliverables.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Take ownership from research to execution.
