Job summary

Salesforce Argentina is seeking an experienced Agentforce Sales Specialist to drive revenue with public sector accounts across Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico. You will engage with government leaders, map procurement pathways, and tailor AI-driven solutions using Agentforce within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role requires deep technical sales skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and a track record of exceeding targets in long, complex public sector cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales in a highly technical context.
• Proven public sector sales experience in Argentina; Colombia or Mexico a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Gen AI/ML and the agent platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with Public Sector in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
• Collaborate with Public Sector sales team to grow Agentforce at customers.
• Explain Salesforce stack and Agentforce to transform citizen engagement.
• Navigate tenders and procurement processes to ensure compliant opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional strategy with legal, contracts, partners and alliances.
• Conduct technical discovery and map customer needs to platform capabilities.
