Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Agentforce Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in public sector accounts across Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. The role combines deep AI knowledge with complex technical sales and government procurement expertise.

You will build strategic relationships with government entities, articulate Agentforce value, and navigate multi-country procurement processes to close opportunities at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales in a highly technical context.
• Proven public sector sales experience in Argentina; regional exposure a plus.
• Strong knowledge of public procurement and government purchase processes.
• Deep understanding of Gen AI, ML concepts and agent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce opportunities with Public Sector entities in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
• Collaborate with Public Sector sales team to grow Agentforce with current and new customers.
• Explain how Salesforce and Agentforce deliver tailored solutions for government use cases.
• Navigate tenders, contracting modalities and compliance requirements across countries.
• Lead discovery conversations to map customer needs to Agentforce capabilities.
• Create compelling PoVs for technical and government stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer experience.
