MetLif is seeking an Analytic Consultant – Group Valuation in Buenos Aires to lead reserve valuation and financial reporting for Group products. You will partner with Finance and CFO teams to analyze reserve movements and support assumption updates.

The role focuses on statutory, GAAP, and tax reserves, with automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting quality. A hybrid work arrangement is available in a dynamic insurance environment.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple data sources for actuarial or financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reserve valuation and financial reporting for Group insurance products (Statutory, GAAP, Tax).
• Create analyses and reporting materials explaining reserve movements and earnings drivers.
• Oversee assumption reviews, testing, and implementation for new and in-force business.
• Manage actuarial valuation processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance.
• Develop process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Coordinate with Finance, CFO teams, and stakeholders to communicate results and impacts.
• Maintain and update process documentation and controls.
• Support new product implementations and establish reserve methodologies.
