MetLife Argentina seeks an Actuary to support development and enhancement of actuarial models for MetLife’s U.S. Retirement & Income Solutions and Retail Annuities business. The role focuses on robust modeling, automation, and scalable analytics to drive product initiatives and regulatory compliance.

You will lead model implementations, coordinate across RIS, RAR, Finance, IT, and partners, and deliver insights to guide strategic decisions and practical outcomes.

Formación

• Actuarial degree in progress with most actuarial exams approved or being pursued.
• “Strong actuarial modeling, analytical and technical skills to build, test, validate and improve complex models.”

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and enhancement of actuarial models and processes for retail annuity reinsurance and new product initiatives.
• Create modeling specifications, calculations, reporting solutions, and processes translating product features into business outcomes.
• Oversee analyses, reporting, controls, and model implementation for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage multiple initiatives balancing regulatory changes, transaction needs, deadlines and quality.
• Develop insights by analyzing results, identifying drivers, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate RIS, RAR, Finance, IT, MAS, and external partners to ensure delivery of actuarial solutions.
