Formación

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or other quantitative field, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (English language).
• Interest in working with data analytics, database systems, and intelligence platforms.
• Proven collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders and ability to work in time-sensitive environments.
• Proactive mindset with focus on automation and simplification initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead various experience studies within MetLife Holdings.
• Create efficient processes for analyzing data.
• Contribute to assumption recommendations and communicate them to actuarial stakeholders.
• Develop internal expertise in MetLife products and key assumptions.
