MetLife Argentina is seeking a Senior Reports Analyst to deliver reporting, analytics, regulatory communications support, and operational process improvements for Fund Management. You will ensure data accuracy and support decision-making through advanced reporting solutions.

You will leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled techniques to enhance reporting quality, drive efficiency, and strengthen controls across enterprise systems, contributing to strategic business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and drive automation.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies to improve workflow and reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives using data from multiple enterprise systems to support business decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Create reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools using Access, Excel, SQL to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Oversee cost allocation processes and automation opportunities for fund management and reporting.
• Develop and maintain reporting applications and databases to support Fund Management operations and regulatory requirements.
• Develop automation strategies and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, reporting, and delivery for regulatory communications and fund reports.
