MetLif in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Reports Analyst to deliver advanced reporting, analytics, and regulatory communications support for Fund Management. You will drive data accuracy, automate processes, and enhance reporting across enterprise systems to support strategic decisions.

The role focuses on data integrity, AI-enabled solutions, and cost allocation transparency, with opportunities to influence regulatory and fund reporting while improving efficiency and controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation.
• Technical proficiency in Excel VBA, Python, GitHub, Copilot, and other automation tools.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled technologies to improve workflow efficiency and reporting quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Create innovative reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, and related technologies.
• Oversee cost allocation processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Manage development, maintenance, testing, and enhancement of reporting applications and databases.
• Develop automation strategies and AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, reporting, and delivery for regulatory communications and fund disclosures.
