Home Care Nurse
We are urgently searching for Registered Nurses for the Homecare department in Dubai.
- Assist physicians with health examinations and treatment plans.
- Conduct initial assessments of patients' health and wellness issues.
- Implement medical professionals' orders, administer medicines, perform treatments, procedures, and documentation as required.
- Collect patient health history.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Guide and inform patients and their families on treatment strategies.
- Monitor and administer medication and intravenous infusions.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace in compliance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
