Job summary
A leading training organization is seeking a Training Coordinator in Abu Dhabi for a temporary 6-month role. Responsibilities include planning training schedules, conducting quality assurance visits, and managing communication between training and on-site teams. The candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to maintain training records. This opportunity offers a structured 9am to 5pm schedule from Monday to Friday, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular visits to check service standards.
- Record observations and share improvement reports.
- Assist trainers during sessions and manage attendance.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and data.
- Serve as a link between training and on-site teams.
- Oversee training tools and resource availability.
We are looking to hire a Training coordinator for our client based in Abu Dhabi.
Role Scope :
Plan and organize training schedules, handle logistics, and ensure smooth communication with participants. Prepare all required materials, venues, and resources ahead of each session.
Carry out regular visits across Miral assets to check that training content, service standards, and operational procedures are consistently applied on the ground.
Record key observations from site visits, highlight areas for improvement, and share follow-up reports to support teams in maintaining and improving performance.
Assist trainers during sessions by managing attendance, setting up training rooms, coordinating materials, and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the session.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation data to ensure proper tracking and compliance with internal standards.
Serve as a key link between the training department and on-site teams, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and alignment on schedules and priorities.
Oversee the availability and condition of training tools, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with procurement or operations teams when additional resources are required.
This is a Temporary 6-month role (on premise - 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday) which might be extended based on the performance and the situation on ground.
The candidate must be on their own visa.
