1. 15–20 years of proven experience in transportation/logistics within the UAE.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE transport regulations and market.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
6. Strong knowledge of freight, customs, and regulatory compliance.
