The Desktop Technician analyses computer- and network-related problems reported by end-users, diagnoses the most effective method to resolve the problem and implements the solution;
Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots the District’s Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), data communications, microcomputers and all peripheral equipment. Desktop Technician is expected to provide assistance to IT services support engineers on Technical levels as per below (including but not limited to):
