About the Role

As a Product Manager at AI71, you will lead the charge in developing cutting-edge AI software, leveraging the latest research breakthroughs to create industry-leading products.

You will be responsible for defining, shaping, and executing a bold product roadmap that aligns with both user needs and the rapidly evolving Generative AI (GenAI) landscape. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive innovation, foster collaboration, and guide the execution of high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Lead product efforts, from identifying new opportunities to incubating, launching, and scaling innovative AI solutions. Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to bring breakthrough technologies to market.
• Develop Product Requirements: Craft clear, actionable product requirements for research-driven products, ensuring alignment with both technology and business goals.
• Lead Cross-functional Teams: Rally cross-functional teams around a shared product vision, driving execution and ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.
• Identify Partnership Opportunities: Build strong relationships with partner teams and stakeholders to understand their strategic needs, identifying new opportunities for collaboration that align with our AI research.
• Technology Evangelism: Act as a key advocate for our technology, educating both internal teams and external partners about its potential impact.
• Scale Product Development: Work closely with executive teams to define product development strategies that can scale and deliver significant value in the B2B space.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven product management experience, including crafting strategic product roadmaps from inception to launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in early-stage and startup environments.
• A passion for AI and a deep understanding of the technologies shaping the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• B2B Product Management experience, ideally within the AI or tech industry.
• Extensive experience with Generative AI technologies and strong technical expertise.
• A proven track record of successfully identifying and achieving product-market fit.
• Experience in driving large-scale cross-functional projects and enabling strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
