Job Description

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, specifically focusing on MEP activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for planning and progress updates.
• Integrate MEP planning schedules with civil and architectural schedules for seamless execution.
• Prepare and submit baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and delay analysis reports.
• Monitor project milestones and critical paths to identify potential delays and propose mitigation measures.
• Track actual progress vs planned and generate progress reports, histograms, and S-curves.
• Participate in technical and progress meetings with consultants and clients.
• Provide input for monthly invoicing, procurement schedules, and material delivery plans.
• Conduct time impact analysis and support claims/dispute documentation if needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5-8 Years experience in planning with a strong focus on MEP works (UAE/GCC/ INDIA).
• Proven experience in large-scale building construction projects (high-rises, villas, commercial).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cash flow, manpower planning, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with local authority procedures (DEWA, DM, SEWA, etc.) is a plus.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
