We are seeking an experienced Villa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a private villa for a prominent UHNWI family in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a full household team, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining smooth villa operations. This role requires someone with a strong hospitality background, preferably with butler experience, and accustomed to working in high‑expectation UHNWI households.

This is a live‑in role, managing one villa with a team of staff, and requires a candidate who is organized, firm, proactive, and able to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

• Supervise and lead a team of employees.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Ensure all staff deliver high‑quality service and maintain discipline and professionalism.
• Conduct regular training, performance checks, and task monitoring.

• Oversee day‑to‑day villa functionality, cleanliness, and readiness at all times.
• Handle household logistics, procurement requests, and operational coordination.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs or planned works.

• Act as a butler during VIP meetings, important gatherings, or special family requirements.
• Ensure proper service etiquette, guest handling, and protocol aligned with UHNWI expectations.

• Enforce villa rules and privacy protocols, including no staff entry to the family area after a certain time.
• When family members visit, only designated staff may access assigned areas.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and high sensitivity to family privacy.

• Work closely with the family representative and report directly to HR.
• Ensure smooth communication between staff and the family.
• Support the daily operational needs of an active family with high movement.

• Not involved in event planning or organizing—this is handled by third‑party providers.
• Must be flexible with schedule; one day off weekly (day not fixed).
• Must live within the villa compound as part of the role.
• Candidate must have experience managing large teams in private households or luxury hospitality environments.

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in UHNWI / VIP household operations.
• Prior experience as a Butler, Household Manager, or Villa Supervisor.
• Proven experience handling large household teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold family protocols.
• Highly professional, disciplined, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask and handle fast‑paced family environments.
• Preferably single, or married with spouse living outside the UAE.
