Job Description & Role :

The company operates in the field of eKYC and eSignature, enabling institutions to leverage face authentication and biometric services for identity management and biometric-driven contract signing.

The candidate will work closely with the founders, assessing new projects, defining requirements, and collaborating with technical teams on project planning and delivery.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite initially, with business trips to clients as needed.

Responsibilities :

1. Deliver projects within the current eKYC ecosystem according to scope and timelines.
2. Collaborate with app development and biometric teams, including internal and vendor personnel.
3. Manage presales activities: work with client representatives, understand requirements, define high-level scope, and oversee estimation and budgeting processes.
4. Manage project timelines and integration dependencies post-launch.

Additional Requirements :

• At least 3 years of hands-on IT project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to recommend appropriate technical stacks based on client needs.
• Background in business analysis: at least 3 years as a full-time business analyst before transitioning to project management.
• Experience making decisions in high-uncertainty environments.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• PMP certification is a plus.
