You will be responsible for managing client relationships, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Conduct market research to identify property values and market trends.
List properties for sale or lease and market them through various channels.
Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
Negotiate prices and terms of agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Build and maintain a network of clients, developers, and real estate professionals.
Stay updated on real estate market developments, zoning regulations, and financing options.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent.
Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
Strong sales and marketing abilities.
Client-focused with a professional demeanor.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
