A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking an experienced individual to welcome guests and manage the dining area. You will be responsible for seating guests, answering calls, and ensuring excellent service standards. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels and possess strong interpersonal skills. Welcome the guests at the restaurant.
Seat guests promptly at a table, pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preferences.
Set up host/hostess stand, answer phone calls according to the Four Seasons standards, and make recommendations as to the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
1-2 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels in a similar role.
Outstanding grooming, outgoing and joyful personality.
Strong interpersonal skills, previous experience managing a team of host/esses.
Knowledge of MICROS preferred, OpenTable and others.
Excellent communication skill and fluency in English and other languages.
