An education service provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Education Consultant to provide personalized tutoring and support to students. The role involves monitoring progress, collaborating with staff, and engaging parents. Ideal candidates will have a passion for education and the ability to foster confidence in students through mentorship and interactive sessions.
Responsabilités
- Provide individualized tutoring to improve student understanding.
- Assist with homework ensuring good study habits.
- Monitor student progress and communicate findings.
- Create detailed assessment reports after tutoring sessions.
- Act as a mentor and role model for students.
- Collaborate with staff to align tutoring with instruction.
- Engage with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in training to enhance tutoring skills.
- Conduct engaging tutoring sessions both in-person and online.
- Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.
- Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework and assignments ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.
- Assessment Reports: Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance areas for improvement and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.
- Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.
- Engagement: Conducting engaging and interactive tutoring sessions both in-person and online. Maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.
